I agree, as a condition of participation in the SODA.RED, to abide by all relevant Bylaws, Rules and other obligations bound by the Code of Ethics on the same terms and conditions as association members including the obligation to submit to ethics hearings and the duty to mediate contractual disputes with other members in accordance with the established procedures of SODA.RED, and payment of fees.

I understand that a violation of the Code of Ethics may result in termination of my SODA.RED privileges and that I may be assessed an administrative processing fee which may be in addition to any discipline, including fines, that may be imposed.

I acknowledge that any copyright and ownership interest in property images shall belong to the SODA.RED and I agree SODA.RED is licensed to reproduce, distribute and transform any image and place a SODA.RED copyright legend on any images submitted by me.

I understand that by listing a property on SODA.RED, I am allowing other members to co-broker the property.

I understand that I will be granted provisional membership upon submission and processing of completed application.

I hereby certify that the foregoing information furnished by me is true and correct, and I agree that failure to provide complete and accurate information as requested, or any misstatement of fact, shall be grounds for revocation of my membership if granted. I understand that if I am employed, false statement, omissions or misrepresentations may result in my dismissal. And by signing this application I agree to have the SODA.RED do a background check.

User Agreement is subject to change without notice. It is the member’s responsibility to periodically view this agreement.

NOTE: Failure to complete requirements will result in automatic termination with NO REFUNDS. I agree that, if accepted for membership, I will pay the dues and fees as from time to time established.
