About
Erika Lamb, the 2020 President of the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors and a Real Estate Broker Owner with Welcome Home, Real Estate and Property Management has a drive to continuously help others and the industry, as a result she was awarded the Nevada Distinguished Realtor Award in 2018.
Erika started the Northern Nevada National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Chapter in 2013 and was the elected the President in 2013-2015. Her goal was to help bring more quality property management education to the Northern Nevada Region. She was later awarded the Property Manager of the Year in 2015.
Erika continues to volunteer with NARPM now as the Regional RVP Ambassador for the NARPM’s Southwest Region. Erika’s passion for education has earned her two Accounting Degree’s, a certification as a Certified Real Estate Analyst and the following designations, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), GREEN, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Residential Management Professional (RMP®).
Her next goal is to get a certification in negotiations at Harvard Business College. In her spare time, she loves to teach classes on working with foreign investors and mentors new Realtors and property managers.
She also serves on NAR National Global Alliance Committee and NARPM’s National Legislative Committee.
