Over the past 23 years, through her entrepreneurial ventures and international traveling, Jane has built strong personal and business networks in the U.S. and Asia. Her innovative marketing vision, negotiation prowess, and extensive global market knowledge, coupled with her uncompromising integrity, have made Jane invaluable to her distinguished clientele.

Achieving true distinction, Jane set a new record by bringing the first Four Seasons Waterfront Residences in Asia to market in the U.S. This development project, valued at $1B, features three unique luxury properties: Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, and Capella Hotel Bangkok. With a clear, unique vision and persistent drive, Jane spearheaded the deal, forging a contract with the developer of one of the world's most sought-after branded residences, the Four Seasons Residences. In recognition of her established alliances with international developers, as well as her exceptional achievements in business development in global markets, Jane was named the Global Real Estate Ambassador for McGuire Real Estate in their prestigious International Luxury Estates Division.

Focusing on the core markets of San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Asia Pacific, Jane’s involvement in the esteemed San Francisco business community includes her role on the Advisory Committee of SF:Asia, an organization dedicated to promoting trade and investment between San Francisco Bay Area and Asia. SF:Asia is a committed to partnering with the City and County of San Francisco's Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD). San Francisco is a primary destination for foreign direct investment from Asia. Jane is uniquely positioned to leverage her cultural and economic ties in both Asia and San Francisco.

Leveraging her networks around the globe, as Global Project Introducer of YOO's International Business Development, Jane plays a key role in developing YOO's international presence.  Jane introduces YOO to design-led residential projects and developer partners. YOO is a branded interior design group found in 1998 by Philippe Starck and the UK property developer, John Hitchcox. YOO has worked with international developers, designing landmark residential and hotel projects over 40 cities across the globe.

Jane’s incomparable professional background includes 15 years of experience as the president of her own firm. Jane has worked on both the national and international levels in sales, marketing, project development, and international procurement. Her other notable contributions include one of the largest community development projects in Las Vegas, which had a budget of $100M devoted to residential development, $50M to small businesses, $50M to education, and $50M to tech startups through the VegasTech Fund.
