Cambodia Malls: wholesale, retail and franchising marketplace

The Cambodia Malls project is a significant development of the market for wholesale, retail and franchising. This project was created to meet customers’ changing demands and behaviour. This new marketplace will gather factories, manufacturers, franchising owners, and popular online stores.

Products in the market will be varied and sourced from Thai factories. The products will represent the uniqueness of the manufacturers or the franchise owners in order to give more opportunities to Cambodian people in order to start their own businesses. 

There are about 7 million Cambodian people and 100,000 foreigners in four provinces; Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Siem Reap and Pailin.

Events and concerts will be organized in our mall in order to build up interest from consumers and to encourage more people to shop here. Goods sold in our shopping mall will be well managed and we can assure shoppers that these goods will meet their lifestyles and demands.

Also, Cambodia Malls will be a new tourism destination for both Cambodian people and foreigners, as it was developed in order to satisfy consumer behaviour that has changed. 

Cambodia Malls are designed to support every business, for example, cargo for rent in both Thai and Cambodian areas. We also have legal consulting services for business registration, so business owners will not be defrauded. Cambodia Malls will support goods importation into Cambodia. 

We have staff that can speak and read Thai proficiently to support Thai business owners, and provide meeting rooms in Thailand for staff training in the case that training in Cambodia is inconvenient. 

We provide a financial transfer system, so income from in-store sales can be transferred until 9 pm 7 days a week. 

From surveys, the Cambodian population is approximately 16 million with 8 million people, or 50%, of the entire population using the Internet. The amount of Internet users in Cambodia is constantly increasing, and it has been estimated that there will be more than 70% of Internet users by 2022.
