THE RIGHT PRICE

All of the above is meaningless, if you have the wrong price. Pricing is the most important factor in whether a property sells or not. An overpriced property is likely to scare off potential buyers. And if you leave the property on the market too long, people may think there is something wrong with the property. It is important to get this part right.
