Ask to see their license or work permit. Are they bonded?

What cleaning services do you provide? See what types of service the company offers. What is the company’s specialty? What does their service cover, basic cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces? What are some additional services, like window washing and hardwood floor buffing?

Does the company bring their own cleaning tools and supplies? Full-service commercial cleaning companies supply its own cleaning products, vacuums, floor polishers, and other cleaning equipment, which makes the process seamless.

Ask for references? Don’t be the first one on the block. Ask for some references, especially from like companies. How many years have they been in service? Experience does matter. Do some background check.

What kind of training do your employees their receive? Just as you train your own staff, it would be prudent to know and understand how their employees are trained. What is their quality control process? You wouldn’t want a rookie fixing your hot rod.
