In the U.S., Nevada and Idaho are the Nation’s Fastest-Growing States - 2018

As a nation, the United States population grew by 0.6 percent in 2018. Leading the pack are Nevada and Idaho. These two states is nation’s fastest-growing states between July 1, 2017, and July 1, 2018.

Both states’ populations increased by about 2.1 percent in the last year alone.

The Top 5 States in Percentage Growth from 2017 to 2018 are:

  1. Nevada (2.1 percent)
  2. Idaho (2.1 percent)
  3. Utah (1.9 percent)
  4. Arizona (1.7 percent)
  5. Florida and Washington (1.5 percent each)
